Responsibilities

• Cut chicken manually to specifications
• Weigh chicken up to 75lbs and CVP packaging
• Apply labels neatly and securely to packaging
• Report and correct weight deviations immediately
• Support traceability by controlling label changes
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area
• Avoid label mix-ups and do not leave workstation without authorization
• Stop production if a food safety hazard is identified
• Report packaging or labeling non-conformances promptly
• Request maintenance or QA assistance for scale issues
