Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience or more in a production setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• A basic understanding of food safety, GMP, SOPs, and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shovels chicken product into the triple bagger and ensures appropriate feed into the machine.
• Operates and monitors the triple bagger and packaging equipment.
• Seals and fills bags according to product specs and procedures.
• Packs finished product into boxes correctly and securely.
• Moves completed boxes down the line to maintain flow; ensures proper labeling and weighing.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows PPE requirements.
