Responsibilities

• Cut chicken manually to specifications.
• Weigh chicken (20–75 lbs) and prepare for CVP packaging.
• Label packaging neatly and securely.
• Report and correct weight deviations immediately.
• Maintain traceability by controlling label changes.
• Ensure no damaged product is packed.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Prevent label mix-ups.
• Do not leave the workstation without supervisor approval or replacement arrival.
• Stop production if a food safety hazard is identified.
• Report packaging or labeling non-conformances immediately.
• Request maintenance or QA assistance when scale issues arise.
