Qualifications

• Must read and understand scales and product numbers.

Responsibilities

• Use knives to cut and trim chicken pieces to meet company standards.
• Read and use scales to size products and ensure pounds per hour targets.
• Monitor product code, weight, and shape requirements; notify if issues arise.
• Operate on a moving conveyor belt; spread or style product by hand.
• Pull bones, inspect, grade, and remove products that do not meet standards.
• Participate in team meetings and support company policies and BEST practices.
