Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking a Production Associate – Product Handler to perform poultry processing and handling duties, including inspection, packing, weighing, and moving product in a fast-paced environment. You will follow safety, quality, and food safety standards, work with the team to meet production goals, and be ready to work across departments as needed.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and adapting to hot, cold, and noisy conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous poultry production or food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform various production duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of poultry processing duties in accordance with established safety, quality, and production standards.
• Handle and inspect poultry products to ensure they meet established quality requirements.
