Job summary

Mettler Toledo Rainin is seeking a Service Technician to join our service depot in Bristol, Pennsylvania. You will test, clean, repair, reassemble, and calibrate pipettes to meet quality standards and ready them for customers.

You will perform mechanical and electronic measurements, prioritize orders, and ensure timely turnaround while following safety policies. The role requires a strong mechanical background and may involve overtime based on demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least three months of related work experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging.
• Previous knowledge or work experience with pipettes is desirable.
• A strong mechanical background.
• A commitment to company safety policies to keep yourself, coworkers, and the workplace operating effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Test, clean, repair, reassemble and calibrate pipettes to ensure conformity with quality standards.
• Conduct mechanical and electronic measurements and inspect serviced pipettes against quality parameters.
• Reassemble and calibrate pipettes to meet manufacturer standards.
• Prioritize orders and expedite them through the database system per customer requests.
• Complete related reports and data entry in the automated system.
