Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings for pipe assemblies.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely in a manufacturing setting.
• Attention to detail to ensure fit and function of components.
• Willingness to collaborate with trainers and quality personnel.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specs to assemble pipe, fittings, and valves.
• Assemble components following engineered drawings and instructions.
• Cut, groove, and fit pipe to specifications for each assembly.
• Form and press gaskets and sealing components as required.
• Use hand/power tools to perform assembly tasks safely.
• Operate related machines per standard procedures.
• Log production data and update job progress in the system.
• Inspect assemblies for quality, fit, and function; adjust as needed.
• Support fabrication and distribution tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety and quality standards.
