The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on PCBA rework in an R&D/NPI setting, strong experience with high-density SMT, and proficiency with Metcal/JBC/Hakko rework tools, microscopes, and DMMs. Reading schematics and ECOs is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on PCBA rework in an R&D/NPI environment.
• Experience with high-density SMT and miniature components.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, PCB assembly drawings, and ECO instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision PCBA modifications and micro-soldering tasks.
• Prototype and debug hardware across platforms.
• Operate and maintain rework tools and measurement equipment.
