Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet in Houston is seeking a Rework Technician to perform rework and touchup on SMT and PTH components, including BGA rework. You will work with IPC standards to ensure high-quality PCBA output and use tools like LCR meters and microscopes.

Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential. Daily responsibilities include identifying quality issues, providing feedback to operators and engineers, and maintaining safety and 5S on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above.
• 3–5 years hands-on Rework/Touch-Up experience in PCBA electronics manufacturing services.
• Excellent hand soldering skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve product and part quality issues.
• Provide feedback to SMT line operators and Process Engineers.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and work instructions.
• Conduct BGA inspections and rework tasks.
• Operate E-Fox shop floor control system.
• Perform SMT and PTH rework.
