You will operate BGA rework stations, hot-air systems, and inspection tools as part of our Networking Hardware Engineering team, maintaining detailed rework logs and ensuring ESD and safety compliance. The role requires 4+ years in electronic assembly or PCB rework, with experience in reading schematics, BOMs, and PCB layout drawings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electronic assembly, soldering, or PCB rework.
• Experience with fine-pitch SMT/thru-hole hand soldering, component rework, and microscopic inspection.
• Experience reading schematics, PCB layout drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Perform component-level rework and precision hand soldering on SMT and thru-hole components using inspection microscopes.
• Set up and operate lab machinery including BGA rework stations, hot-air, soldering stations, and X-ray tools.
• Generate rework logs and ensure lab compliance with ESD, safety, calibration, and quality standards.
