OUR COMPANY in Branford, CT is seeking a skilled electronics assembler to perform non-repetitive assembly and soldering of through-hole components onto PCBs, following IPC-610 standards and quality requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year soldering experience, and ability to read BOMs and assembly drawings; it offers full-time day shifts, competitive hourly pay, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years soldering experience.
• 2+ years assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, solder, and rework through-hole PCB components.
• Wiring and connector placement (solder and crimp).
• Assemble to IPC-A-610 E class 2 and 3 requirements.
• Perform go/no-go testing with basic equipment and procedures.
• Record shop moves and review work instructions in ERP.
• Other duties including inspection of product and assemblies.
