Ability to follow routing sheets, work instructions, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Install components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, connectors, and integrated circuits.
Perform hand soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components per IPC standards.
Use precision hand tools and equipment to trim, clinch, and secure component leads.
Apply protective materials such as heat-shrink, sealants, or masking compounds during the soldering process.
Conduct visual inspections and rework to meet IPC quality standards.
