Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electronics assembly and hand soldering of PCB assemblies.
• Ability to follow routing sheets, work instructions, and wiring diagrams.
• Team-oriented and dependable, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read work instructions, wiring diagrams, and samples to determine assembly steps.
• Install components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, connectors, and integrated circuits.
• Perform hand soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components per IPC standards.
• Use precision hand tools and equipment to trim, clinch, and secure component leads.
• Apply protective materials such as heat-shrink, sealants, or masking compounds during the soldering process.
• Conduct visual inspections and rework to meet IPC quality standards.
