Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA, seeks a dedicated PCB inspector/assembler for 1st shift. You will follow detailed instructions, inspect boards under a microscope, and help ensure products meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, identifying and dispositioning defective items for rework or scrap, moving assemblies to final inspection, completing documentation, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; minimum 1 year PCB/manufacturing experience.
• Basic reading, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Team player, flexible, organized, and able to work with safety focus.
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Follow department work instructions and adhere to customer and industry standards for PCB workmanship.
• Visually check PCB per blueprint and perform operations according to traveler work instructions.
• Identify and recommend disposition of defective items for rework or scrap.
• Move completed product to final inspection.
• Complete all documentation as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
