Job summary

SPS Simulators is seeking a PCB Soldering & Harness Assembly Specialist in Carson, CA. You will assemble electro‑mechanical panels, harnesses, cables, and subassemblies, while soldering PCB assemblies (thru-hole and SMT) and performing basic rework.

You will read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs, conduct self-inspections, and maintain a tidy ESD‑protected workstation.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of electro‑mechanical and/or electronics assembly experience preferred.
• Comfort reading engineering drawings and wiring diagrams; basic troubleshooting ability.
• Proficiency with hand tools, basic measuring tools, and a soldering iron.
• Strong attention to detail; dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro‑mechanical panels, harnesses, cables, and subassemblies.
• Solder PCB assemblies (thru-hole and surface-mount) and perform basic rework as needed.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.
• Perform self-inspections to verify workmanship and quality standards.
• Flag and report assembly or documentation issues to the team.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and ESD‑protected workstation.
