Job summary

SPS Simulators seeks an Electromechanical Assembly & Wiring Technician to verify wiring against schematics, perform PCB soldering, and fabricate wire harnesses for prototypes and production units. The role demands precision, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reading schematics and mechanical drawings, building and testing harnesses, and performing through-hole and surface-mount soldering with appropriate tools, under IPC/ESD guidelines.

Qualifications

• Read electrical schematics, BWDs, and mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on soldering and crimping of electronic components.
• Proficiency with basic assembly tools and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Verify wiring against schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Perform IPC-610 / IPC/WHMA-A-620 awareness; soldering and rework as needed.
• Assemble prototypes and electromechanical units using BOMs and drawings.
• Document discrepancies and follow safety/ESD procedures.
