Job summary

HCL International in Brookfield, WI seeks an Electronics Design Engineer to lead end-to-end design of complex electronic systems, including precision PCBs and embedded hardware across multi‑disciplinary teams.

You will work closely with firmware, software and mechanical engineers through the product lifecycle, develop documentation, and ensure compliance with ISO, CE, EMC standards while driving design for manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with high-precision instrumentation or RF‑aware hardware environments is a plus.
• Strong background in analogue/digital design including high-speed digital circuitry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex, multi-layer PCBs and analogue/digital circuits.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create and manage engineering documentation including BOMs, ECOs, and build instructions.
