Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical product development and CAD design.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and 2D DraftSight.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Experience with machined and sheet metal components.

Responsibilities

• Design complex mechanical assemblies using SolidWorks and manage files in PDM.
• Apply GD&T to ensure component fit in linear motion systems.
• Produce schematics, BOMs, Change Notes, and Build Instructions.
• Support new product development and improve legacy designs.
• Assist with quality checks, manufacturing processes, and design validation with production teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and participate in customer discussions.
• Strong knowledge of engineering mathematics and tolerance analysis.
