Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented electronics assembler in Colorado Springs to populate PCBs with components, perform high-precision hand soldering, and verify assemblies per IPC standards. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on electronics assembly and SMT/through-hole soldering experience.
• Ability to sit or stand at an assembly station for up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Populate printed circuit boards with electronic components using automated and manual processes.
• Perform high-precision hand soldering for through-hole and SMT components.
• Read BOMs and schematics to verify orientation.
• Inspect assemblies under magnification against IPC standards and perform rework as needed.
• Log production data and maintain tools and equipment.
