The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics manufacturing, strong manual dexterity, and attention to detail. IPC and ESD knowledge is preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, or hand soldering required.
• Strong proficiency in both surface mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques.
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision hand soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards.
• Diagnose and repair defects in PCB assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with IPC workmanship standards.
