Job summary

Sigil Partners Staffing is seeking four Tooling & Parts Inspectors for NWI Aerostructures in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on inspecting precision machined parts, tooling, and components to ensure dimensional accuracy per GD&T and drawings.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in machining or dimensional inspection and can read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, and digital gauges. ERP documentation and union-shift dynamics are part of the environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in precision inspection or dimensional inspection of machined components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and inspection instructions with GD&T.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and documentation in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts, tooling, and components for dimensional accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Record inspection results and nonconformances in the ERP system and generate reports.
• Communicate findings with machinists and QA teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and follow quality procedures.
