Our facility maintains four distinct shift patterns:
New hires generally undergo one to three months of day‑shift training before transitioning to their permanent schedule. Shift assignments are determined by operational needs and union seniority. While employees typically remain on a set schedule, changes may occur with approximately two weeks of notice. Applicants must be prepared to work any of these shifts.
The ideal applicant is a quality inspector currently working in a CNC environment who is comfortable using calipers and micrometers to verify tolerances against engineering drawings and GD&T. Alternatively, we welcome experienced CNC or precision machinists who possess a strong grasp of dimensional inspection and are looking to pivot into a dedicated quality role. While aerospace experience is a plus, we are happy to consider candidates with relevant precision manufacturing backgrounds from other sectors.
