Qualifications

• 2+ years’ painting experience or similar in manufacturing.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and MIL-Specs.
• US citizenship and a valid driver’s license are required.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect items before, during, and after painting for quality.
• Mask areas to protect surfaces and prepare materials.
• Mix paints per instructions and select appropriate tools.
• Check paint thickness and uniformity before curing.
• Operate spray painting equipment to apply a high‑quality finish.
• Clean tools, equipment, and workspace after painting.
• Move items safely using appropriate tools and assist with other duties as needed.
• Follow EPA standards and Uphold company values of integrity, velocity, and teamwork.
