Qualifications

• 1+ year of related field experience.
• HVLP or electrostatic gun experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint products per customer specifications and QMS requirements.
• Follow standard work, guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Operate paint spray equipment and hand tools; maintain spray guns and related equipment.
• Follow build boards and Kanban system requirements; report defects.
• Maintain a collaborative and positive working environment with customers and team members.
• Support achievement of Steffes' strategic, quality, and safety objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
