• Maintain and clean spray guns and related gear.
• Follow build boards and Kanban system requirements.
• Report inconsistencies or defects in material or equipment.
• Maintain a collaborative, positive work atmosphere.
• Support Steffes' quality, safety, and strategic goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
