Qualifications

• Ability to read instructions from manuals, drawings, schematics, etc., and follow them precisely.
• Good understanding of quality control principles.
• Must be able to use hand tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using manufactured or purchased components.
• Follow product routings and job set-up charts.
• Inspect units for conformance to quality standards, including paint, defects, and functioning parts.
• Work safely and report any unsafe conditions.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency.
