Job summary

Masterack is seeking a reliable Packer to support the packing department on the manufacturing floor. You will pack parts into cartons, inspect items for correct identification, and ensure quantities meet production schedules and quality standards.

A focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential. You will operate packing equipment, report issues to supervision, and maintain a clean, organized work area to help sustain efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• One year of packing experience preferred.
• Manufacturing/packaging experience beneficial.
• Must follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pack parts according to production schedule using designated part numbers and supplies.
• Inspect parts for correct ID, description, quantity, damage, and condition.
• Remove parts from racks and package per specifications.
• Operate packing equipment as required (strap, shrink-wrap, staple guns, rivet guns).
• Ensure parts are packaged securely to meet quality and packaging standards.
• Follow production instructions and maintain required pace.
