MRP Solutions is seeking a Packer Shipper to accurately pack products and label them per company standards and customer specifications. The role requires attention to detail to prevent damage during shipping and to maintain quality in packaging materials.

You will work safely, promote 5S maintenance, and support continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with team members to meet order fulfillment goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Safety responsibilities: address unsafe conditions, suggest improvements and implement solutions.
• Identify safety gaps and initiate corrective actions.
• Adhere to plant safety, housekeeping and 5S.
• Understand, identify and correct safety hazards.
• Drive a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Food safety responsibilities: ensure finished goods and raw materials meet safety standards.
• Comply with food safety and QA procedures.
• Report product/process failures affecting food safety to Food Safety Team Leader.
