Job summary

MPP Campbellsburg is hiring a Parts Packer to accurately package finished goods and components for shipment. You will follow packing instructions, label items, and keep work areas clean and organized. This role supports inventory control and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate can read simple instructions, perform basic math, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs, with a keen eye for detail. Prior packing or warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not always required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring and simple calculations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination for handling items and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Pack parts and finished products according to specifications.
• Inspect items for defects or missing components before packaging.
• Label boxes, containers or pallets accurately with part numbers and shipping info.
• Use packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, foam, or shrink wrap.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Count and verify quantities before packing.
• Operate basic equipment such as tape machines, scales, or pallet jacks.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with inventory or stock organization when needed.
