This entry-level role supports Machine Operators with supplies, setup, and routine cleaning, performing repetitive tasks and handling cartons, with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or packaging experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and production flow diagrams to understand product specifications, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure finished products are packaged according to customer requirements.
• Pack products in exact quantities into boxes and cartons.
• Verify labels for accuracy and ensure boxes are appropriately sealed.
• Stack cartons on skids using approved stacking patterns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist Machine Operators with retrieving supplies, machine setup and changeover procedures.
• Cleaning and performing limited maintenance on equipment.
• Completing production records (e.g., logs of materials used and items produced).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
