Job summary

Mpp is seeking a diligent Parts Packer to accurately package finished goods and components for shipment or storage. You will inspect items for defects, label packaging accurately, and maintain a clean, organized work area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include counting and verifying quantities, operating basic equipment, and following safety procedures. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not always required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Good hand-eye coordination

Responsibilities

• Pack parts and finished products according to company specifications and work instructions
• Inspect items for defects, damage, or missing components before packaging
• Label boxes, containers, or pallets accurately with part numbers and shipping info
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Count and verify quantities before packing
• Operate basic equipment such as tape machines, scales, or pallet jacks
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist with inventory or stock organization when needed
