Job summary

AmproADLINK Technology designs and manufactures embedded computing hardware for critical industries, with a global footprint and US operations including San Jose. The Orders Management Specialist will be the operational backbone for assigned accounts, handling orders, quotations, and customer setup while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy, proactive communication, and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent training/experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of customer support experience in hardware or related field.
  • Direct, OEM or channel sales experience with CPU components or systems.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders and manage end-to-end customer backlog with accuracy.
  • Provide quotations and maintain customer account setups.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product Sales Management, Finance, Logistics, and Taiwan Factory to relay statuses, pricing and availability.
  • Maintain customer master accounts and generate formal quotations.
  • Proactively manage backlogs and ensure open orders are accurate.
  • Support sales organization and communicate across internal teams.

The Orders Management Specialist will report to the Sales Operation Manager. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, analytical and proactive team member that will be the operational backbone for assigned accounts. You will process orders, own the end-to-end customer backlog, providing order statuses and updates promptly and accurately, provide quotations and maintain and process new customer account set ups. The team member will work in coordination with Sales, Product Sales Management, Finance, Logistics, and our Taiwan Factory.
The Orders Management Specialist position is office based.
What will you do:
  • Highly detail oriented, with strong analytical skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage complex orders scenarios while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and build strong relationships with internal and external customers. Support, sustain and help grow existing accounts for assigned region, enabling sales to focus and pursuit new account opportunities.
  • Review purchase orders and once all requirements are validated and met ensure orders are processed in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Create, update and maintain customer master customer accounts.
  • Generate formal quotations efficiently and accurately.
  • Primary liaison between internal departments collaborating to provide order statuses, shipping schedules, pricing, and product availability.
  • Proactive to maintain customer backlogs ensuring all open orders are accurate.
  • Provide support and follow up for sales organization.
  • Work on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Process drop ship documentation with high precision, and ensuring adherence to departmental procedures.
  • Maintain high productivity and a positive, solution-oriented attitude during sudden changes to project priorities, shifting operational workflows or urgent schedule adjustments.
  • Execute any additional job duties, administrative tasks, or special projects that may be assigned to support both customer and departmental goals.
Education & Experience:
  • BA/BS is a plus or equivalent training/experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ customer support experience in the same or related field.
  • Direct, OEM or channel sales experience with CPU component hardware, or systems level products desirable.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
  • Prior experience with hardware manufacturing systems.
  • Self-motivated, problem solver and team player.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing across internal teams and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and phone contact handling capabilities to manage customer relationships smoothly.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize high volume workloads, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Practical knowledge and experience working with Bills of Materials is a plus.
  • Experience with using SAP, Agile PLM, and ERP/CPQ systems is highly preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; regularly use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear; and doing things such as analytical work or reports, which requires focus, while utilizing a computer.

Physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, lift, grasp, and kneel.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Base Salary Range:

$82,000 - $105,000 USD Individual offers are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This range does not include bonus compensation or benefits, which are outlined during the offer process.
