Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to handle material orders for roofing projects nationwide and ensure accurate entry into our systems so projects move forward smoothly. You will review project details, determine materials needed, verify order information, and identify missing data, working with internal teams to resolve issues while keeping thorough records.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with data entry, order processing, or administrative work is preferred.
Strong computer and technology skills.
Ability to enter information quickly and accurately.
Highly organized with strong follow-through.
Ability to identify discrepancies or missing information.
Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process material orders for sold roofing projects.
Enter order and material information accurately into company systems.
Review project details to determine the materials needed to complete each job.
Process material requests for service-related work.
Verify order information for accuracy before submission.
Identify missing or incorrect information and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records throughout the ordering process.
