Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT seeks a manufacturing technician to fabricate advanced optical components for semiconductor lithography. You will operate CNC milling, grinding, polishing, and deposition equipment to meet strict specs while maintaining 5S and contributing to process improvements.

Shift is a compressed twelve-hour cycle; safety, quality inspection, and collaboration with engineering/management are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or vocational certification preferred.
• Experience with measuring equipment desirable: microscopes, calipers, micrometers, CMM, interferometer.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor optical processing equipment and own operations.
• Identify safety concerns and quality issues promptly.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area and collaborate for efficiency.
• Inspect glass surfaces for defects and ensure clean optical surfaces.
• Document time, attendance, and training of new staff.
