Responsibilities

• Fabricate optical components to production standards.
• Maintain safety and 5S in the work area.
• Identify and escalate unsafe conditions or quality concerns.
• Record time and attendance and document processing delays or quality issues.
• Collaborate with production engineering to improve efficiency and quality.
• Learn and apply skills to tackle progressively more challenging products.

Education
