The position requires precise metrology familiarity, the ability to handle tight schedules, and independent work with minimal supervision, with a swing shift and full onsite duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on operation of optical dicing process.
• All optical sizing steps performed per procedure to a 0% reject standard.
• Quality of product and throughput rate meets or exceeds departmental goals.

• Improve processes under the guidance of supervision.
• All steps are performed per policy and procedure.
