Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking an onsite Optical Dicing Operator in Santa Rosa, CA. The role performs hands-on operation of the optical dicing process and ensures 0% reject rate on sizing steps, with emphasis on quality and throughput.

The position requires teamwork, attention to procedures, and the ability to meet delivery goals. Training on dayshift, then swing shift; benefits include quarterly bonus, health insurance, and 401(k).

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite

• Highly repetitive working conditions

• Swing shift M-F 3:00pm - 11:30pm PST shift deferential applies (Training for this position will occur on dayshift until fully trained M-F 8am-4:30pm)

Physical Requirements

• On occasion be able to lift 40lbs.

• Long periods of standing/walk
