You’ll join several specialized manufacturing teams with opportunities on 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts. The role emphasizes following instructions, quality checks, and teamwork in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years in precision manufacturing, assembly, or related field.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions, manufacturing procedures and safety requirements.
• Operate manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, inspection and/or coating equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications and production documentation.
• Perform quality tests, measurements, inspections and data collection.
• Monitor processes and make adjustments within established guidelines.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Utilize manufacturing systems, document control systems and electronic work records.
• Prepare materials and components for manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Train and assist team members as qualified.
• Perform other manufacturing-related duties as assigned.
