Job summary

Vishay Applied Thin Film Products in Fremont, CA is seeking a Dicing Process Operator to support the dicing, cleaning, packaging and data entry using Vantage software. You will read blueprints, prepare substrates, operate dicing saws, perform heat treatment and probing, and ensure quality at each stage under safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, good manual dexterity, and the ability to follow prints and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and procedures.
• ISO 9000 experience is a plus and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and customer specs to guide dicing.
• Operate dicing saws and set up substrates for processing.
• Heat treat, probe, and inspect circuits at multiple stages.
• Perform cleaning, packaging, and data entry in Vantage system.
• Maintain safety and record production information.
