Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Regional Oncogenomic Liaison to drive adoption of Oncotype DX and related genomic tests across Louisiana and southern Mississippi. The role blends strategic planning, field execution, and relationship building with oncologists, payers, and health systems.

You will manage territory plans, collaborate with sales, marketing and managed care teams, travel up to 75%, and ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery of Abbott’s tumor profiling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Science, or 4 years relevant experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a strong record of success selling/promoting complex healthcare products.
• Proven territory or account management skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid, etc. allowed.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives in an assigned geographic area through field-based call activity/meetings with healthcare providers.
• Sell company products or services, developing new accounts and driving depth within existing accounts.
• Develop and implement a highly strategic and actionable tactical plan to maximize utilization while staying within budget.
• Develop relationships with national oncology and pathology leaders within the target territory.
• Travel up to 75% of working time, with overnight/weekend travel as needed.
