Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Payroll Associate to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment. You will handle full-cycle processing, data integrity, and payroll inquiries with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

The role requires multi-state payroll experience, excellent Excel skills, and a high level of service. On-site collaboration and cross-functional partnership are expected to drive smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll, HR, accounting, finance, or related operational experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and high-volume environments; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls across frequencies and entities for a designated employee population.
• Serve as the primary payroll contact for assigned business units, divisions, and/or agency partners.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and system data ensuring data integrity across HRIS/Payroll platforms.
• Assist with year-end activities including W-2 validation, reporting, and audit preparation.
