Acrisure is seeking a Payroll Associate in Grand Rapids, MI to handle accurate, timely, and compliant payroll for multiple entities and frequencies. Responsibilities include full-cycle payroll processing, data integrity, inquiries, and year-end activities. Prior experience with payroll systems and multi-entity structures is preferred; on-site

Qualifikationen

• Experience with multi-state payroll processing or high-volume environments.
• Proven accuracy in payroll data inputs and adjustments.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process assigned payrolls across frequencies and entities.
• Serve as payroll contact for business units and partners.
• Validate inputs (hours, earnings, deductions, taxes).
• Perform full-cycle payroll runs, off-cycle payments, and corrections.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate payroll records in HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Process recurring commissions per plan and schedule.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies before processing.
