Zusammenfassung

Dream Finders Homes is seeking a Mortgage Funder in Orlando to ensure accurate, complete funding of mortgage loans. You will work with loan officers, underwriters, and closing teams to facilitate timely funding and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

The role requires 2+ years in mortgage funding or underwriting, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with mortgage processing software and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage funding, underwriting, or related experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, closers, and agents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and policies.
• Prepare and process loan funding documents and fund disbursements.
• Maintain accurate records and organize files per policy.
• Identify and resolve funding issues and provide borrower support.
