Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness, including loan applications, credit reports, income verification, and title reports.
• Ensure all conditions and requirements are met before loan disbursement.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, closers and closing agents to address issues.
• Communicate with borrowers to obtain additional documentation or information as needed.
• Ensure all loan transactions comply with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and process loan funding documents and verify funding calculations.
• Maintain accurate records of funding activities and documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues during funding and provide customer service.
