Job summary

AD Mortgage seeks a detail-oriented Funder to process and manage wire requests, coordinate funding with title companies, and ensure timely funding of mortgage loans. Office-based in Troy, MI or Ft. Lauderdale, FL with standard hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in mortgage funding or related fields. Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Mortgage, banking, title, or funding experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage wire requests accurately and timely.
• Coordinate funding activities with title companies via email and phone.
• Review information for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Follow up on outstanding items and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
