Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies in Minnesota is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to keep production running by repairing and maintaining injection molds with precision. You will read work instructions and blueprints, use hand tools, and follow safety and quality systems, including lean manufacturing practices, while supporting 5S and continuous improvement.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm; candidates should have strong problem solving, attention to detail, and

Qualifications

• Read and follow work instructions, setup sheets, and checklists.
• Perform maintenance on injection molding tooling.
• Identify and recommend improvements for tool development and performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ISO/medical device quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on injection molding tooling.
• Identify and recommend improvements for tool development and performance.
• Read and follow work instructions, setup sheets, and checklists accurately.
• Record time and repair details into the maintenance ticket system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Comply with Quality System, ISO, and medical device regulations.
• Understand and follow all standard work procedures.
• Participate in all required company meetings.
