Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to keep our production running smoothly by performing mold repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on injection molds with tight tolerances.

The role requires reading engineering prints, using hand tools, and following ISO and medical device regulatory standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Minnesota. Shift Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm, with opportunities to contribute to Operational Excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining injection molding tooling and components.
• Ability to read engineering prints and blueprints.
• Familiarity with ISO and medical device regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on injection molding tooling.
• Identify improvements for tool development and performance.
• Follow work instructions and complete repair tickets.
• Record time and repair details into the system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
