Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals and procedures.
• Ability to communicate information in one-on-one and small groups.
• Ability to work with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• ERP/MRP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble standard and advanced mixer drives per specifications and procedures.
• Read assembly specifications to determine requirements.
• Capture direct, indirect and rework time and cost in Production software.
• Support Production Supervisor to achieve quality goals and metrics.
• Provide training on gear drive assembly procedures.
• Operate cranes, forklifts and other shop machinery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
