Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• CFP certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred (3–5 years in mechanical environment).
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, convert, and repair custom units per BOMs and drawings.
• Operate basic shop tools and equipment (drill press, saws, lathes, testing equipment).
• Process materials and orders using warehouse management software.
• Inspect materials and report quality discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA requirements.
• Maintain logs and departmental documentation.
