Job summary

Lehigh Heavy Forge Corporation is seeking an Electrical Assembler for the Assembly department to build electric and pneumatic hoists. You will work from schematics and configuration specs to assemble and wire components with accuracy and safety in mind.

The role requires basic reading of blueprints, use of hand tools, and a team-oriented attitude to meet production goals and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Mechanical aptitude is needed.
• Ability to operate manual and power hand tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with calipers and tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble 3-Phase and Single-phase electric hoists to configuration requirements.
• Assemble pneumatic hoists to configuration requirements.
• Assemble and wire control boxes.
• Meet or exceed all Quality Control Standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Demonstrate teamwork as an active team member.
