Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing methods to perform tasks safely under supervision.
• Work with a partner in most cases.
• Perform general clean up to keep area clean and organized.
• Operate test bench and load test data in the system.
• Verify test results and promote part to final assembly and paint.
• Perform final assembly and paint for final pump.
• Log serial numbers for assembly and communicate readiness for shipping.
• Follows LUFKIN's compliance requirements.
• Maintain and improve the quality management system.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
